Mrs. Kathleen Rowley, M. Ed
Mrs. Rowley has served in schools in Los Angeles County since 2007. She has worked in the San Fernando Valley, South Los Angeles, and West Los Angeles as a paraprofessional, English teacher, and ELD teacher. She teaches English and ELD at Golden Valley High School. She is credentialed in English and Biology and has an M.Ed. from UCLA, an M.A. in English from UCI, and is currently completing her dissertation for her Ph.D. in Leadership in Education. She takes pride in creating a welcoming classroom for all students and developing inclusive, engaging coursework; her examples and models can be found in peer-reviewed research journals as well as in manuals from the National Council of Teachers of English.
