Trey grew up in Westchester, NY, excelling in sports while silently battling anxiety. After a foot injury shattered his dreams of playing college hockey, he spiraled into addiction, facing academic failure, overdoses, and homelessness. With nowhere else to turn, he reluctantly entered a wilderness rehab program in Utah, initially planning to manipulate his way through. However, through the discomfort of the wild, deep self-reflection, and immense support, he slowly transformed his mindset, embracing accountability and growth. His story is a testament to resilience, the power of change, and finding purpose beyond addiction.
