We cannot let COVID-19 stop us from helping students connect to resources and opportunities! We were getting so many calls from students and families that we had to do something. So all our College Expos are virtual. Please spread the word to students, families and educators about our upcoming 7th Annual Latino College Expo. It will be VIRTUAL and what’s great is that students can connect to college recruiters LIVE Virtually and submit transcripts by uploading them to the platform. Some of the colleges will be accepting students on the spot, waiving applications fees and giving away SCHOLARSHIPS. We are also giving away (10) scholarships. I have included the flyer for event and the scholarship flyer. Please have all students enter.
· Students can meet with over 50 colleges
· Over a Million dollars in Scholarships given away
· Workshops on DACA and DREAM ACT and how to find MONEY for College
· Also how to navigate college during and after pandemic
Students can register by clicking here https://www.thecollegeexpo.org/ncrf-events/events. Remember each student must have their own personalized account so they can interact with recruiters. There will be Career Opportunities too! Companies want to share their opportunities with students.
We have done 7 Virtual events and each has been very successful. Our college recruiters love it. Although we have to pay for every person that uses the platform we are offering free tickets to as many as we can just click on FREE ticket. Please email me with any questions.
