Last Day to Purchase GV Prom "A Night In the Hills" Tickets

When: 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Tickets:
March 14th – 25th*
• Single $125 w/ASB Card $135 w/o ASB Card
• Couple $250

March 21st— 29th
• Single $135 w/ASB Card $145 w/o ASB Card
• Couple $270

In order to purchase your ticket…
• all forms must be filled out completely, with all necessary signatures. This is also for guest passes to be purchased for students who do not attend GV, as well.
• the Library Clearance section must be completed.
• the AP privilege section must be completed.
• all ASB debts must be cleared.
• you must have your current GVHS Student ID at the time of ticket purchase.
• you must have a COPY of your guest current ID at the time of ticket purchase.
• Senior Pack holders must have balance paid off and verified by March 16th in order to pick up your ticket. Your ticket will only be on hold until Tuesday March 29th; after this, you will forfeit your ticket.

Transportation Information
• Once the ticket is purchased, you will then proceed to select your bus.
• We are taking luxury coach buses this year to prom.
• Students are to meet at GV between 5-5:30 p.m.
• You must take the bus to and from the venue.
• If you are late to GV, you will not be permitted to attend prom; no refund will be given.
• All guests must plan on arriving no later than 5:30 p.m.
• Once you sign up for a bus, you will not be permitted to change without permission from an ASB Director or an Administrator.

Additional Information
• You are permitted to purchase a ticket for a date or friends provided all the necessary paperwork and signatures are present at the time of purchase for all tickets to be purchased.
• You will be allowed to select seating for all members of your party provided all members have purchased a ticket on that day.
• Final date to purchase tickets will be Tuesday, March 29th.
