Below are some additional updates to help you in preparation for your workshop:

Eventbrite Registration – Approved workshops are now live on www.eventbrite.com.  Search “CCFC2016” and enter your zip code to find your workshop or a workshop near you.  Please double check your workshop details to make sure everything is correct.

Materials Ordering – Approved workshops will receive a materials order form from the CA Student Aid Commission over the next couple of days. Please submit the form at your earliest convenience to ensure you receive materials in time for your workshop.

Training - Site organizer training is required for all new workshop hosts, and is recommended for experienced organizers.  We also will be hosting FAFSA trainings for site organizers and volunteers, both in-person and via webinar. We highly recommend that you encourage any of your own volunteers to participate in a FAFSA training. Training dates and times are available at www.lacashforcollege.org/workshop_training_schedule.

Supporting Materials - Financial Aid PowerPoint Presentations, Outreach Materials, and Other Important Documents – To avoid sending large email attachments, we have created a page online specifically for all documents and resources needed for hosting a successful workshop. This page will constantly be updated with new resources, so be sure to check back as your workshop gets closer.
